Who We Are
The Centre for Excellence in Indigenous Health (CEIH) and the Human Early Learning Partnership (HELP) have partnered on the project, Creating Structures for Meaningful Indigenous Community & UBC Health Partnerships. Funded by the Faculty of Medicine, this project aims to explore and recommend initiatives that will support meaningful, reciprocal, and relational Indigenous community & UBC health partnerships.
CEIH and HELP are excited to seek further collaboration with the Indigenous Research Support Initiative (IRSI) to create a sustainable and relevant Circle that highlights Indigenous-led research and caters to a growing audience of those interested in engaging in a good way. Roots is proudly run by Indigenous staff members out of the School of Population and Public Health.
